So I was doing some research at work for ideas and concepts for the phone that I'm working on. I came across something I thought was interesting and showed it to my manager. I can't give any detail about why it was interesting, but my manager thought it showed some promise as well and told me to submit a request to purchase 2 of these competitor phones. Now he's letting me use one of them to get a feel for it and see what I like and don't like about it. He is also getting me a data plan, which only managers at Motorola get that lets me access the internet. I'm pretty excited to have this opportunity to give feedback on a concept and use a $700 phone for "work".

You are so cool! It sounds like you are doing really well with your job! Also, I would be freaked to have a phone that expensive. I am pretty sure I would drop it in a swimming pool or something, just because it's pricey. :)
